Expert tells Russians how to behave correctly in case of a car scam
A psychotherapist spoke about the correct tactics for dealing with signs of a car scam.

If there is a suspicion of a car scam, Fomin advises not to engage in dialogue with a potential fraudster under any circumstances.
He recommends calling the police and avoiding communication with the other party. A typical car scammer is given away by his persistence and desire to resolve the issue on the spot.
But Fomin added that now there are more cunning scammers who are gradually moving away from the old schemes.
Now they persistently convince the driver of the truth of their version, making the person doubt. This is an open manipulation that often works.
Another sign of a car scammer is aggression on his part if he is asked to call the police.
There is no point in convincing the fraudster that you are right, because he already knows everything. You just need to say that the police will figure out who is right and who is guilty. In such cases, the swindlers leave the person alone, Fomin emphasized.
