According to Razboev, keeping shashlik at room temperature is only allowed for a few hours. It can be kept in the refrigerator for about a day.
He noted that it is important to store shashlik in packaging so that air does not penetrate inside.
The expert also noted that marinated meat lasts the longest. For this, you can use onions and dry white wine. The first ingredient will eliminate bacteria, and the second will make the meat soft.
According to him, the meat should be marinated for at least two hours. During this time, it will be well soaked in the marinade.
It is added that when choosing shashlik, it is better to give preference to the chilled version. It is worth buying it the day before cooking.
