Expert explains how to reduce labor shortage in Russia

In the Russian Federation, it is possible to reduce the shortage of personnel by involving the disabled, elderly people, and women in work. RIA Novosti reports details with reference to the former head of the Russian Ministry of Finance, Mikhail Zadornov.
It is noted that in order to involve people in the labor sphere, it is necessary to implement social policy.
According to Rosstat, in the first month of summer the unemployment rate was 2.4%.
Zadornov noted that currently 70% of able-bodied women work, while the rest are engaged in housework and raising children.
According to him, the situation can be improved by building schools and kindergartens.
It is added that it is possible to involve not only women in the labor sphere, but also elderly people and disabled people. Social measures should be introduced for this purpose.
