A doctor has named a fruit that should be included in the diet of those who are overcome by autumn blues.

Gastroenterologist Irina Perminova shared a comment on this topic.

In a conversation with Radio 1 , a doctor at the Mytishchi hospital advised eating persimmons to get rid of the signs of autumn blues.

The secret of this fruit lies in its record content of beta-carotene, which slows down the aging of the body.

In addition, persimmon is rich in antioxidants and potassium. Magnesium improves the functioning of the heart and nervous system, the doctor added.

An ideal product for the period when it is rainy and cold outside and the length of daylight hours is rapidly decreasing.

At the same time, the gastroenterologist advises eating only ripe persimmons.

Unripe fruits contain too much tannin, which, when in contact with gastric juice, forms an indigestible mass.
