Milonov considers astrological forecasts to be “intellectual obscurantism and info-gypsyism,” Tsargrad reports.
The parliamentarian advocates the introduction of criminal penalties for disseminating this information.

The deputy explained that such information should be regarded as an insult to common sense and the memory of Russian educators.
He also stressed that astrology influences the minds of women and even men.
The deputy did not rule out that astrologers could be controlled from abroad in order to manipulate people’s consciousness.
