Cosmonaut Explains Why Some People Believe in a Flat Earth
Some people continue to believe that the Earth is not round, but flat.

There are citizens who question everything. RIA Novosti reports details with reference to test cosmonaut, Hero of the Russian Federation Oleg Artemyev.
It is noted that people who doubt everything do not even believe that Yuri Gagarin was in space, nor that people from America flew to the Moon.
“There are people who question everything…”, the test cosmonaut noted.
According to Artemyev, there is no need to try to prove your point of view to such people, since it will not lead to anything.
He advised treating such citizens with humor.
The cosmonaut also noted that doubts about the shape of the Earth arise from a lack of education and partly from ignorance.
