Comedian Dolgopolov's accounts blocked in Russia
The accounts of comedian Alexander Dolgopolov, who left Russia, have been blocked by decision of the Federal Tax Service.
The reason for the blocking was the taxpayer’s failure to submit a tax return to the tax authority after the deadline for its submission.
Having made fun of the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg, where war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky was killed, Dolgopolov left Russia, the RIA Novosti article emphasizes.
However, apparently, Dolgopolov’s individual entrepreneurship is still active, despite the accounts being blocked.
The decision to block accounts came into effect in 2022 for failure to submit a tax return by the taxpayer.
In 2020, Dolgopolov's lawyer reported that the comedian left Russia after an investigation began into his performance at a St. Petersburg bar.
It is not specified what words exactly outraged the resident of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, who wrote a complaint against him to the law enforcement agencies.
In 2023, the Russian Investigative Committee began investigating comedians Dolgopolov and Garik Oganisyan.
The reason for the investigation was their parody in Berlin of the terrorist attack in the St. Petersburg cafe where war correspondent Tatarsky died.
