Currently, the number of people using banking services remains significant.
Users include people of different ages, including minors.
Banks may soon refuse to open accounts for people aged 14 to 18 without parental consent. The Prime agency reports details, citing Andrey Moiseyev, associate professor of the civil law department at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
It is noted that at present, issuing cards and opening accounts for persons under 18 years of age with the consent of legal representatives is advisory.
According to Moiseev, for banks every client is profitable, so not all banks adhere to this.
He noted that at the moment the number of abuses related to bank cards of persons under 18 years of age is increasing.
Moiseyev also noted that teenagers often study and work, so they can be understood. They also need a map.
If one guardian gives consent and the other refuses, then you can pay attention to banking transactions.
