Vera Brezhneva spoke about her condition after leaving Russia.
The singer shared details about what is happening in her life in an interview for the YouTube channel Woman Insight.
The 42-year-old artist has not performed in Russia since 2022 and refuses to sing in Russian. Now she is known to the public simply as Vera.
In an interview, the singer admitted that she lost stability when she left the country in which she had many “external sources of support.”
Brezhneva shared that without these supports she literally "collapsed." According to the singer, she "fell into pieces and got lost."
Another event that threw her off track was her divorce from Konstantin Meladze. The singer admitted that her breakup with the composer made her change her outlook on life.
Brezhneva explained that she had to learn to listen and understand herself, to study her personal desires and needs.
