Shaman jokes about Biden's withdrawal from the election race
Russian singer Shaman (Yaroslav Dronov) commented on the withdrawal of Democratic US presidential candidate Joe Biden from the election race.
According to the performer, this outcome of events arose because of his rally-concert, organized near the US Embassy in Moscow last week.
On his official Telegram channel, the singer wrote: “My fans and I sang the song ‘I am Russian’ near the US consulate, and Biden withdrew from the race.”
Shaman supported his publication with the remark “I serve Russia!”
Criticism of the performer
Yaroslav Dronov's rally-concert was initiated due to the blocking of his channel on the YouTube video hosting site.
It was stated that the singer's channel was blocked due to sanctions imposed on him by the European Commission.
As the EC reported, Shaman’s actions threaten “Ukraine’s national security.”
A little later it became known that the current head of the White House, Joe Biden, withdrew from the election process.
