It is noted that we are talking about a daughter named Viktorina from the celebrity’s first marriage.
In the lawsuit filed by Petrosyan, the comedian asks the court to recognize his daughter as having lost the right to use the property. He also insists that the court remove his relative from the registration record.
It is noted that the claim was registered in the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow on November 12, but the date for consideration of the document on the merits has not been set.
On November 25, it was decided to leave it without action so that the plaintiff could correct the deficiencies contained in the document.
Once this is done, Petrosyan will be able to re-file the claim in the Moscow court.
