"Nobody Was Happy About It": Tarzan Opens Up About Son's Wife
The husband of singer Natasha Koroleva spoke about the recent wedding of their son.
Tarzan admitted that at first no one was happy about the union of Arkhip and Melissa.
The celebrity made this confession during the show “Stars Converged” on NTV .
The star couple learned about their son's decision only in July, when the singer was on tour. In the middle of the month, Arkhip and his chosen one presented the parents with the fact that they had set the wedding date for July 30.
However, the wedding ended up being celebrated in August, as the new mother-in-law suggested.
At the same time, Tarzan admitted that at first everyone was skeptical about Arkhip’s girl.
Somehow we were not prepared for this at all, Tarzan said.
Neither he nor his star wife believed in the development of the young people's relationship, since they did not have any extra funds. However, four years later Tarzan and the Queen accepted the girl and were happy with their son's marriage.
The newly-minted father-in-law gave the young couple a luxurious wedding gift, presenting the keys to an apartment in Moscow.
