The Presnensky Court of Moscow has deprived Sokolov of the right to use the apartment following a lawsuit filed by Sobchak.

The court ruling satisfied the demands of Russian journalist Ksenia Sobchak.

According to the lawsuit against a man named Sokolov, Sobchak demanded that he be deprived of the right to use the apartment, RIA Novosti writes, citing the court's press service.

The court will satisfy the plaintiff's demands in the lawsuit against Sokolov.

Sobchak asked the court to recognize the man as having lost the right to use the residential premises and to remove him from the register.
