The actress supported Nikolai Tsiskaridze and appealed to the authorities.

Irina Bezrukova believes that the Bolshoi Theater administration has greatly inflated the cost of tickets for its performances.

In a conversation with NSN, the artist and member of the Public Chamber of the Moscow Region stated that the authorities must intervene in this situation.

The theatre management should reconsider the prices for the performance of The Nutcracker.

"I think the state should monitor this story. This is the main theater of our country, a cult performance, it is absolutely fantastic," Bezrukova shared her opinion.

The actress added that "The Nutcracker" is a legendary production. The artist herself saw it with Tsiskaridze's participation.

The star believes that art today is becoming a kind of privilege due to its prices being unaffordable for most.

It should be the other way around. Culture should be accessible to everyone, Bezrukova summed up.
