Dmitry Dyuzhev to play President Joe Biden in new series "Goodbye"
TNT channel announced the filming of a new comedy series.
The TV show will be dedicated to the adventures of the American president in Russia.
RIA Novosti reported this with reference to a message distributed by the TV channel’s press service.
It is specified that the role of the head of the White House has been given to the popular Russian actor Dmitry Dyuzhev.

According to the scenario, Joe Biden wants to personally figure out why anti-Russian sanctions are not working.
To this end, he flies to Russia, but due to a combination of circumstances, he loses his documents. In order to return to his homeland, the main character will have to live in an ordinary Khrushchev-era apartment building and teach English at school.
Dyuzhev himself noted that he would be glad to try himself in a new role and check whether he can demonstrate Biden and whether the audience, in turn, will be able to recognize the American president in him.
At the same time, the actor is confident that the result will be a fun and interesting story that people will like.
