Court orders rapper Guf to stop certain actions in robbery case
Rapper Alexey Dolmatov, known under the pseudonym Guf, is a defendant in a robbery case.
The court ruled not to keep the star in custody after the initial hearing of the case.
The star's lawyer, Sergei Zhorin, shared this information with RIA Novosti journalists.
He stressed that being in custody was too harsh a punishment for the singer, and the court thought the same.
He was released on condition that he comply with the prohibition on committing certain actions. The rapper's friend Gevork Sarukhanyan was given the same preventive measure.
Arrest of Guf
Let us recall that Dovlatov became a defendant in a case of petty hooliganism, and later an article on robbery was added to it.
Guf committed both offenses while on vacation with friends in the Moscow region. According to investigators, the rapper asked to turn off the cameras in the bathhouse where he was with his company, which was refused.
When a police officer arrived at the scene, a relative of the bathhouse owners, who filmed the rapper on his phone, the celebrity asked to delete the recording, after which the man handed him his gadget.
The police regarded the latter as a robbery.
