The popular TV presenter acquired a luxurious villa with an ocean view in Bali.
Guzeeva shared her emotions about the purchase on her Instagram* social network account.
According to her, the purchase cost the presenter a pretty penny. She paid about 127 thousand dollars for a villa with an ocean view, which is equivalent to about 14 million rubles.
It is noted that the villa is located in a recently built complex, where builders are still putting the finishing touches.
According to preliminary estimates, after the property is put into operation, its price will increase by several million rubles.
At the same time, Guzeeva admitted that she does not plan to come to Bali more than once a year. The rest of the time, the TV presenter intends to rent out real estate.
