Alsou and Yan Abramov officially divorced after 18 years of marriage
The capital's court officially dissolved the marriage of the famous singer and businessman.
This information was confirmed by Yan Abramova’s lawyer, Alexander Dobrovinsky.
The lawyer reported that on August 27, the divorce proceedings of Alsou were concluded, RIA Novosti reports. The court hearing was held in Moscow behind closed doors.
The singer's ex-husband's representative doubts that the parties will appeal the court's decision. The lawyer added that the children will remain with Alsou.
The star couple was given two months to resolve the discord that had arisen in the family. During this time, the singer did not change her mind about getting a divorce. She was also the initiator of the divorce process.
The media reports that Abramov tried to save the family and was ready to take advantage of the time allocated for reconciliation.
The couple got married in 2006. The artist and businessman have three children.
