Honored Artist of Russia Elena Drapeko spoke out on the topic of Russian show business stars who left the country.
The star of the cult film “The Dawns Here Are Quiet...” called for closing the “feeding trough” for this category of citizens.
Drapeko explained in a conversation with the aif.ru portal: "These people have already made their choice, they left. Therefore, we must not allow them to earn money in Russia."
The actress responded to the words of the head of the State Duma Committee on Security of the Russian Federation, Vasily Piskarev, with this statement.
Piskarev, in turn, pointed out the need to limit the earnings of Russian citizens who left Russia.
As the artist pointed out, stars who left were often noticed spreading unflattering and unsubstantiated information about their homeland.
Accordingly, according to Drapeko, the Russians who left are no longer “comrades” of Russia.
The actress noted: "Many of the stars make donations to the parties that are in conflict with Russia. This is unacceptable."
