Thousands of users around the world have encountered an unexpected problem.
YouTube removed their channels for spam, fraud and deception.
The video hosting service explained this by the fight against gross violations of the rules on the channel.
Users were informed that their channels were found to be promoting spam, fraud and other types of deception.
Moreover, after the channels were removed, users were prohibited from using other channels, owning them, or creating new ones.

Thousands of mistakenly blocked user channels have become active again.
