Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Stanislav Kuznetsov emphasized: "The situation looks deplorable." This was reported by RBC .

Last year, he said, was the peak of data leaks, mostly from online stores and medical institutions.

According to experts, about 3.5 billion lines of personal data have become publicly available.
