State Duma Deputy Speaker Chernyshov Comments on His Statement on “Complete Blocking of YouTube” in Russia

This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Boris Chernyshov on the Telegram channel.
Russian video hosting sites are planning to replace YouTube, the quality of which has significantly declined recently.
Chernyshov emphasized that due to sanctions, Russian authors do not earn anything on the American service.
At the same time, the successful work of domestic video hosting sites is noticeable by a strong advertising campaign.

Russian platforms are actively conducting large-scale advertising campaigns to attract users.
Chernyshov said that many bloggers have already duplicated their content on domestic services.
