An international group of scientists has released information that the rise in global temperatures could significantly change the situation on Earth.

The researchers said they analyzed four critical natural systems.

In particular, the Atlantic currents, the Amazon forests, and the glaciers of the Arctic and Antarctic were studied, as reported in the scientific journal Nature Communications.

During the experiments it became known that if at least one of the indicated blocks were to experience any disturbances, this would trigger a chain reaction that would harm the Earth as a whole.

Experts explained: “If current climate trends continue, the turning point will come in our century.”

It is emphasized that the probability of such an outcome of events is 45 percent.

It also states that the corresponding risks increase with every 0.1 degree Celsius increase in temperature.

As experts added, it is extremely important to achieve zero greenhouse gas emissions no later than 2100.
