Researchers have identified two periods in a person’s life when the body’s aging accelerates.

Now scientists have a more accurate idea of when the human body really starts to fail.

A special study was conducted on this topic, the results of which are presented in the journal Nature Aging .

Scientists observed the transformations that occur at the molecular level. The study involved 108 people aged 25 to 75 years.

The researchers noted that the first serious changes occur at about 45 years of age. This applies to both men and women.

The next stage is 60 years. For this category, the risks associated with the development of heart and vascular diseases, immune system failures, and dementia have increased significantly.

It is after 60 years that the likelihood of these diseases increases many times over.

Before that, there are risks too, but they grow gradually and slowly, compared to what happens after 60.

The main conclusion of the scientists is that after 40 years of age, a person should reconsider many of his habits, including eating habits.

Reducing alcohol consumption, eating healthy, and engaging in regular exercise will help reduce the risk of heart disease and keep your body in good shape, the scientists concluded.
