Creating a hack-resistant password will increase the security of accounts in various Internet services.
IT expert Sergey Lipov from EdgeCenter shared several ways to improve security.
He told RT that it is important to use passwords that are at least eight characters long.
Including both upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters will increase the strength of your password.
According to the expert, this significantly complicates the task for attackers trying to guess the password.
Lipov advised not to use personal information for passwords. Also, do not use the same password for different accounts.
Lipov recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all available platforms.
