That is why sports activities are especially necessary for those who struggle with aggression and try to realize themselves.

This gives him the opportunity to behave adequately, without looking for situations to splash out aggression. Remember how this can happen, for example, with motorists, when one cuts off another.

During boxing training, for example, you can see men practically beating each other up, and then happily hugging their children and going on with their normal lives. And why? The male (from the point of view of nature) command was realized, but under approved conditions.

So, aggression needs to be released! It is important for a man to remember this and for a woman to know this in order to support her partner's sports interests.
