Try drawing things that worry you. Divide the sheet in half and on the left draw the problems that are quite solvable (like a tooth that has been waiting for a visit to the dentist for a long time). On the right, draw the fears that gnaw at you about the future.

And you will see how the problems you face will become less scary.
