Modern life moves at a frantic pace, and therefore often even the smallest detail can ruin our mood.

For example, you come home and trip over toys scattered on the floor or find that there is nothing to eat in the house, even though you previously asked for groceries.

It is clear that along with the stress accumulated during the working day, anger spills out, the target of which becomes the household members.

Let's figure out how to find zen and stop storing up anger.

3 simple life hacks

The most common reason for a breakdown is a long accumulation of negative emotions in oneself. And if you feel that you are about to break down, one of the elementary methods will help.

Start a mental countdown from 1 to 10, concentrating on your breathing. When a person is angry, he breathes very quickly, and during the mental countdown, the breathing will return to normal, and the anger will subside.

The second way is to allow yourself to relax at least for a little while. Invite a friend or parents to come over and watch the kids for at least a couple of hours, and go to the cinema or the theatre.

The third way is to share your experiences with your loved ones. Before your anger starts to boil over, have a frank conversation with your dearest and closest ones, tell them what irritates you, and try to find a way out of the situation together.
