Volodin: Biden wants to take control of Telegram before elections
State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin stated that US President Joe Biden intends to take control of Telegram before the elections.
According to the parliamentarian, all information resources, including social networks, are subject to censorship in the United States.
Volodin emphasized in his official Telegram channel: “Today, Washington has no influence on Telegram.”
It is for this reason, according to the politician, that the said service operates in many countries.

The politician explained: “Durov has already been charged with committing more than 10 serious offenses.”
According to the Chairman of the State Duma, countries where Telegram is actively developing and used need to understand the current realities.
Volodin stressed that such states should decide whether they want Washington to take control of this platform, among other things.
