The US and its allies are ready to take action against Iran due to military cooperation with Russia.

Washington suspects that Tehran has supplied Moscow with a batch of ballistic missiles.

The US State Department warned Iran that such deals could cause serious problems for Tehran, TASS reports.

The American side stated that, with the support of allied forces, it is ready to take serious measures against Moscow’s partner.

At the same time, the department was unable to confirm whether Russia had actually received a batch of ballistic missiles from Iran.

But the State Department noted that even these kinds of reports are causing alarm in Washington.

They recalled that during the NATO and G7 summits, clear signals were sent that the West was ready to “ensure significant consequences” for anyone who took Russia’s side.

However, the department did not specify what specific measures it was talking about.

Not long ago, Iran was mentioned in the media in the context of the worsening situation in the Middle East. Tehran was planning to take revenge on Israel for the murder of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
