The day before, it was reported that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded to the anti-Russian sanctions imposed by Japan against the Russian Federation.

The agency banned thirteen Japanese citizens from entering Russia.

As the Japanese press later explained, the country fears that Russian sanctions will exert “psychological pressure” on legal entities interested in the restoration of Ukraine.
