Russia responds to new Japanese Prime Minister's remarks on signing peace treaty

He noted that statements by Japanese leaders often appear contradictory.
Chepa also stressed that the issue of a peace treaty had been discussed for many years.

In his opinion, Japan's current statements indicate double standards.
Chepa stressed that Japan declares its desire for friendship, while strictly following the instructions of its allies.
