Peskov Reveals the Reason Why He Doesn't Wear a Hat in Winter

The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov explained why he often does not wear a hat in winter, even in frosty weather.
He said that he usually doesn't spend much time outside.
As a rule, his outdoor activities take no more than 20 minutes, Pavel Zarubin’s Telegram channel reports.
Peskov emphasized that in case of severe cold he still wears a hat.
However, you may encounter an inconvenience: you need to store the hat somewhere or accidentally forget it, he noted.
Therefore, according to Peskov, it is easier to refuse a hat if it is not cold outside.
He emphasized that literally 15-20 minutes of being outside in the cold without a hat can be tolerated.
