Peskov advised Kadyrov to contact the police due to death threats
Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on Ramzan Kadyrov's statement about the assassination attempt.
He noted that if someone encounters threats, they should contact the police.
Peskov stressed that law enforcement agencies are obliged to respond to such requests, RIA Novosti writes.
He also added that there would be no further comments on this issue. The Kremlin will not comment on Kadyrov's words about threats.
Previously, Kadyrov stated that an attempt was planned on his life.
He suspected one of the senators and two State Duma deputies of this.
Kadyrov threatened them with blood feud if they did not prove their innocence.
One of the deputies has already stated on his personal blog that he was not involved in the possible assassination attempt.
