The head of the Hungarian Prime Minister's office, Gergely Gulyas, announced that Budapest is going to sue the European Commission.

The parliamentarian explained: “If the EC does not reimburse us for the costs of protecting the EU borders from illegal migration, we will sue it,” as reported by RIA Novosti .

The Hungarian Prime Minister also announced that at a meeting of the Hungarian government it was decided to grant special powers to EU Affairs Minister Janos Bocka.
