Moscow drivers are advised to be careful on the roads due to expected precipitation. The details are reported by the Moscow Agency with reference to the press service of the Moscow Department of Transport and the Traffic Management Center (TsODD).
It is noted that precipitation in the form of rain is expected in Moscow on August 9.
The message says that today, according to weather forecasters, there will be showers and thunderstorms all day.
In this regard, the Traffic Management Center recommended being careful on the capital's roads, avoiding dangerous and abrupt maneuvers, and not violating the distance between vehicles.
In addition, motorists were advised to focus on the road and not use their phones while driving. They were also urged not to park near weak structures or trees.
The press service added that the situation center and the road patrol of the TsODD are taking control of the situation on the roadways. They monitor the roads around the clock.
