The Ministry of Construction intends to tighten control over developers from Russian regions entering Moscow

It has become known about new measures that will be taken against regional developers.

The Ministry of Construction will tighten control over those of them who intend to enter Moscow.

RIA Novosti learned about this from Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction Nikita Stasishin.

According to the expert, about ten regional companies have come to the capital, and the Ministry of Construction is closely monitoring them.

It is noted that for now the agency does not intend to interfere in the business activities of these companies, but in the near future it intends to seriously tighten control over them.

Stasishin emphasized that the Ministry of Construction first studies information about each regional developer, including sales of housing built by them.

And in some cases, the agency comes to the conclusion that the company should wait before entering the Moscow market.

In general, the official emphasized, the capital's government is doing competent work in the construction sector. Moreover, thanks to the appointment of Vladimir Efimov to the post of head of the construction block, the expertise of the reliability of developers has been strengthened.
