The activities of the Swiss non-governmental non-profit organization "Center for Humanitarian Dialogue" do not correspond to official humanitarian goals.
The French citizen Laurent Vinatier*, who was detained in Moscow, was an employee of the said organization.
This follows from the information about the Central City District published by the Russian FSB, RIA Novosti writes.
According to the FSB of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, registered in Switzerland, does not have an official representative office in the Russian Federation.
It was financed by contributions from international organizations and Western government agencies, including private donations.
It is reported that Vinatier* collected military information to the detriment of the security of the Russian Federation.
The FSB found out that the detainee had contact with Russian political scientists, economists and military experts, as well as with government officials.
In early June, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court arrested Vinatier*.
He is accused of evading the performance of duties stipulated by Russian legislation on foreign agents.
Earlier, in the Moscow metro, a woman sprayed gas from a canister at an opponent who was threatening her with a knife.
