"Rain Traces": Muscovites Warned About Weather on Wednesday
The rear part of the cyclone with its center over western Yugra will shape the weather in Central Russia on Wednesday.
In Moscow and its environs it will be partly cloudy.
More detailed information about the weather on August 14 was provided to RIA Novosti by leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets.
Cloudiness in Moscow
Moscow is expecting gusty winds on Wednesday. The air temperature will reach 23 degrees Celsius.
The rear part of the cyclone will form cloudy weather with a possibility of minor precipitation.
Tishkovets emphasized that traces of rain will be negligible, and there is no need to take umbrellas.
Gusty northwest winds will continue at 4-9 meters per second.
The weather forecaster said that daytime air temperatures in the capital will remain within 20-23 degrees, and in the Moscow region – 19-24 degrees.
According to Tishkovets, these values correspond to the climatic norm for August.
