Moscow City Court leaves courier who took money from Larisa Dolina in pretrial detention
New details have emerged regarding the fraud case against singer Larisa Dolina.
It was decided to leave the courier to whom the performer handed over the money in the pretrial detention facility.
RIA Novosti learned this information from the Moscow City Court.
Let us recall that 53-year-old courier Angela Tsyrulnikova is considered an accomplice of the fraudsters. It was to her that Larisa Dolina gave the money that the criminals had swindled from her.
According to investigators, telephone scammers “worked on” the famous singer for several months, after which she gave in and decided to hand over more than 200 million rubles to the scammers.
It is noted that Tsyrulnikova’s defense insisted that the woman has a permanent place of residence, and, moreover, she did not refuse to testify.
It is also noted that the woman insisted that her child experienced stress due to the mother’s arrest.
However, the Moscow City Court decided to uphold the earlier ruling. Tsyrulnikova will remain in custody until November 3.
