Mansion in central Moscow arrested in case of former deputy minister Ivanov

The court has seized the property of the former Deputy Minister of Defense.

The press has gained access to new details of the case of General Timur Ivanov.

The former official's property has been seized in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports, citing court documents.

A ban on disposal has been imposed on two non-residential premises that belong to a mansion on Chisty Lane.

The area of the first is 650 square meters, the second – more than 330.

It is known that the cadastral value of one premises is estimated at 73 million rubles.

This property is registered to an enterprise to which Ivanov, who is accused of bribery, is related.

Before this, it became known that 43 bank accounts of the former deputy head of the Ministry of Defense in three Russian banks had been frozen.

Ivanov is suspected of receiving a bribe totaling 1.185 billion rubles.

The investigation is ongoing. The general's arrest was previously extended until December 23.
