The capital's Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation shared this information on its official website .
According to the agency, the Investigative Committee learned about the incident from publications on social networks.
The identity of those who attacked the man has not yet been established. As a preliminary reason for the conflict that broke out, law enforcement officers are considering the fact that the migrants did not like the appearance of the man, whom they subsequently attacked.
It is noted that a procedural investigation has been launched into the incident.
The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the city of Moscow, Andrei Strizhov, to report on the circumstances obtained as a result of the investigation, as well as other details of the incident.
It is particularly emphasized that the fulfillment of the stated requirement is under control at the central office of the Investigative Committee.
