Leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets spoke about what kind of weather Muscovites can expect today, July 28.
According to the meteorologist, there will be heavy rains, accompanied by thunderstorms.
Tishkovets, in particular, noted: “Today will be the last warm day in the capital,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
According to the forecaster, the weather will be mainly influenced by an atmospheric front, which will become most intense in the second half of the day.
As for precipitation, it will mainly be observed in the afternoon.
Accordingly, during the specified period of time, one should prepare for partly cloudy skies.
Tishkovets added: "In the Moscow region, the situation will be almost identical. The air temperature will be within 23-28 degrees Celsius."
The west wind will blow, its speed will be 4-9 meters per second. During a thunderstorm, air gusts will become gusty.
Atmospheric pressure will reach 743 millimeters of mercury, which is below normal.
