Drunk woman damages 10 cars in Mytishchi parking lot

After the accident, the woman, born in 1991, fled the scene. However, police officers quickly reconstructed the chain of events and detained the suspect.
As law enforcement officers established, the culprit of the incident could have been intoxicated. Law enforcement officers made this conclusion based on the detainee's external condition.
The culprit of the accident refused a medical examination. They are going to hold her liable under the articles on refusal of a medical examination and leaving the scene of an accident.
