On Sunday, July 7, 2024, 20 Syrian children were brought to Moscow. They were examined by doctors. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the director of the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital (RCCH) of the Russian Ministry of Health Elena Petryaikina.
It is noted that medical specialists examined the children and concluded that their condition is stable.
According to Petryaykina, the number of hospitalized children was 20 - 13 boys and 7 girls. Their ages ranged from 5 to 15 years.
She noted that the children will soon undergo a comprehensive examination.
The director also clarified that if health problems are detected, children will be provided with assistance.
Over the past two years, this was the fifth time that children from the Middle East were admitted to the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital.
