The 28-year-old blogger and his friend dressed up as members of the “scooter patrol service” and rode around Moscow.
The police response was immediate. Eduard Bil, better known as Edward Bil, and his companion were detained.
This happened on one of the central streets of Moscow, RIA Novosti writes, citing a source in law enforcement agencies.
Edward and his friend appeared in a public place in outfits that visually resemble the uniforms of State Traffic Safety Inspectorate officers.
They rode around the city on an electric scooter, chatted with passersby and filmed videos. The bloggers' uniforms were emblazoned with the words "Scooter Patrol Service."
Some eyewitnesses complained to the police that the young people were disturbing public order and using obscene language.
The agency reports that the bloggers face up to 15 days of arrest for petty hooliganism.
