Auto blogger detained in Odintsovo for running over woman with stroller
Ten days later, the police arrested a car blogger who nearly killed a young mother while drifting a foreign car.
Details were reported by the press service of the Moscow Region Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The 26-year-old culprit of the accident came to the police station himself and confessed to everything.
He told the police that on November 16 at night, while driving a BMW, he hit a woman with a stroller in the Odintsovo area.
The Russian woman, born in 1990, was hospitalized, and the culprit fled the scene.
A criminal case was opened after the incident. The search for the perpetrator was underway, but in the end he himself showed up at the police station.
The media reports that the auto blogger was drifting on one of the toll sections of the federal highway and at some point lost control and ran over people who were standing on the side of the road.
The blogger was detained as a suspect.
