The American refused to provide law enforcement officers with identification documents.
However, Tater's hooligan behavior did not end there. It is noted that the man then attacked police officers.

Previously, the Meshchansky Court of Moscow found Tater guilty of petty hooliganism, sentencing him to 15 days of arrest.
