A walk in the forest does not always go smoothly for people and without any special consequences.
The situation with the man who found a tick in his ear is a clear example of this.
Medical specialists helped a man with a tick in his ear. The Moscow Agency reports details, citing the press service of the Moscow Region Health Ministry and otolaryngologist Raul Ten.
It is noted that a 75-year-old man was admitted to the Vidnovskaya Clinical Hospital. He complained of noise and pain in his right ear.
It is also known that the doctor examined the patient and found a tick on him.
According to the press service, the lack of timely assistance could have led to bad consequences, but everything went well. The tick was removed under anesthesia.
They also noted that the man is currently feeling well. He is at home.
The doctor added that it is important to use tick repellents to prevent unpleasant situations. It is also worth examining your clothes and body after a walk, and passing by places with tall grass.
