A 13th person has appeared in the criminal case against mother of many children Loginova
Investigative bodies in the Moscow region reported that a thirteenth defendant has been identified in the criminal case against mother of many children Yulia Loginova.
As previously reported, Loginova was arrested for trafficking newborn children.
Subsequently, the accused confessed and began to cooperate with the investigation, as reported by TASS .
The investigation noted that certain restrictive actions were also initiated against the new criminal.
Investigation of a crime
Law enforcement officials, in particular, indicate: “The new defendant is accused of trafficking minors as part of an organized group.”
The actions of the offender fall under the provisions of Part 3 of Article 127.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
It is emphasized that the criminal gave a confession. In addition, relevant information was received from the civil registry offices.
From now on, the defendant is prohibited from leaving Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as from communicating with other defendants and witnesses.
